new PC is NOT necessarily ready to go right out of the box. Before connecting it
to the Internet, where it can be subject to all kinds of attacks and
exploits, you need to make sure its up-to-date and secure with
security patches, anti-virus updates, etc. and that the Firewall is
enabled (it is typically disabled by default leaving you exposed
to the bad stuff the internet).

etc.) cleanup and maintenance of your PCs
(desktops and laptops) and servers. This includes checking the
reports/logs for problems, deleting un-needed temporary files,
emptying the caches, defragmenting the hard drive, making sure
your Windows operating system, anti-virus and internet security
applications, applications (Office, etc.) are up to date, that
you do not have any viruses, spyware, or other malware installed
on your system (and removing it if so), etc. All of this will
result in your computer performing better, more space available
on your hard drive, better organized, etc. just like getting
your car serviced.

We can clean your computers, especially of
dust that can build up, clog the fans, cover the processor
heat sinks, restrict air flow and cause overheating that can
lead to hardware failures and loss of data.
